These are the 15 pups at Dogs Trust Shoreham who are looking for a home.
Could you give any of them a home?
The rescue canines include Munro – described as ‘an absolute sweetheart who is super wiggly and affectionate’ – and Diego – ‘a big chap with an even bigger heart’!

Dogs Trust is also appealing for foster carers to temporarily care for dogs whose owners are escaping domestic violence.
Many refuges can’t accept pets, meaning in many cases people experiencing domestic abuse can’t leave their home until they know their dog is somewhere safe.
Dogs within the Freedom Project are cared for in the loving home of a volunteer foster carer until their owners can be safely reunited with them.

9. Sooty - six-year-old Chihuahua cross
Sooty is a sweet chap who loves the company of people but likes to build up a bond at his own pace. A gentle approach is needed when first making friends, but you'll know when you've earned his trust, as Sooty will nudge into your hands when he wants a fuss! He must be the only dog at home and is also unable to live with any cats, house rabbits, or guinea pigs.Photo: Dogs Trust
10. Teddy - four-year-old Poodle cross Boston Terrier
Teddy is a very bright, energetic chap who loves being out and about, according to Dogs Trust. He can be sensitive with some handling, particularly around his collar and ears, so prefers a gentle approach. He will appreciate adopters who are happy to take things slowly with him. He is able to share his home with children over 12 years old but can be excitable and jumpy, so would need his family to be confident around dogs. Teddy is 'enthusiastic' with other dogs, which can lead to him getting frustrated, Dogs Trust said. He would benefit from access to quieter walking areas and adopters who are happy to do some reward based training with him.Photo: Dogs Trust
Dogs Trust says Basil is a one-of-a-kind pooch who has an abundance of character, and just as much love to give. His perfect match would be an adult-only family with minimal visitors and no visiting children, who share his passion for the outdoors, and who have the time, as well as the desire, to continue working with him on his training. This fun-loving eight-year-old is full of energy and will thrive with an active family who can fill his life with fun and adventure, while keeping him entertained with all his favourite activities. A secure garden of his own is essential, so that he can regularly burn off some steam. Another essential requirement is a multi-carer household, so that there’s always someone around to keep him company, as he finds alone-time challenging.Photo: Dogs Trust
12. Woody - eight+ year old Poodle cross
Woody adores the company of his favourite friends but will never be a cuddly 'lap dog' and prefers to interact with his humans by doing fun activities together. He will need a multi-carer home in order to keep up his training and grooming, and he would like access to his own area where he can have his meals and enjoy his favourite things as he does struggle to share. Woody needs to be the only dog in an adult-only home, and requires a garden. His new home must be within two hours of the Shoreham rehoming centre so he can have a few trips to his new home before packing his bags for good.Photo: Dogs Trust
