Keep UK's leaders home grown, not swayed by Brussels

The reality is that in fact there are very few concrete facts for consideration as the social and economic conditions prevailing in the country in a year’s time are largely unknown regardless of whether we stay in the European Union or leave.
It is my view that the one significant fact is that, when I vote in a general election, I should like to be voting for someone to run the country on my behalf, rather than a functionary whose task is to implement rules, regulations and laws imposed by Brussels.

Hide AdAs I, like many others, have a very low opinion of politicians regardless of their nationality, I suspect that whether we leave or remain, the country will be run with a distinct lack of competence, but if we leave the EU at least I will know who to blame.
