Golf buggies set alight on A264
Firefighters put out three golf buggies which had been set alight on the A264 this morning (Wednesday May 13).
The Crawley crew was called to the scene near Buchan Country Park, Crawley, at 5.49am.
A spokesman for West Sussex Fire and Rescue said: “Police believe they were stolen and driven to the road and set alight.”
Firefighters used a hose reel to put out the buggies which were totally destroyed by fire.
