Coronavirus rate increases in Mid Sussex neighbourhoods with one surging by 260 per cent

The number of coronavirus cases is increasing in ten Mid Sussex neighbourhoods, new Government figures have revealed.

Government data shows in the week to June 8, cases have increased in Haywards Heath South & Cuckfield, Haywards Heath East, Haywards Heath West, Balcombe & Handcross, Copthorne & Turners Hill, East Grinstead East, Haywards Heath North East, Hurstpierpoint & Bolney, East Grinstead Central & North, East Grinstead West & South.

In Balcombe & Handcross the rate surged 260 per cent when compared with June 1.

The coronavirus rate has dropped in Burgess Hill West and Horsted Keynes, Ardingly & Sharpthorne. All toher neighbourhoods have stayed the same week on week.
